Project management procedures dictate the logical flow of information into the system and our exclusive internal procedure control the flow of information through the application.  Programmers and managers in both locations are able to view progress and track the status of all projects throughout the development cycle. 

Developers login to the Ixion Extranet and automatically have the date, time and username recorded against any comments and changes made to the project.

Programmers and managers will be able to mark comments as “Private” or “Public”.  Private comments are only accessible to staff while Public comments are accessible to the client via a login managed by updates sent to clients email.
